Kali

Kali is an ancient martial art from the Philippines.  Kali is also known as Escrima or Arnis de Mano.  Practitioners of the art are called Escrimador, Kalisador, or  Arnisador.
亦被称为“Escrima”或“Arnis de Mano”。
卡里练习者被称为Escrimador, Kalisador 或Arnisador.

卡里学习者将要学会如何使用各种武器及菲律宾拳术技巧。
Kali weapons include the various long and short bladed weapons, the stick, flexible weapons such as the sarong, rope, and whip, and thrown weapons. Kali students will learn how to use the various weapons of Kali and also the empty hand techniques of Filipino Boxing. Kali weapons include the various long and short bladed weapons, the stick, flexible weapons such as the sarong, rope, whip, and thrown weapons.
 Beginning students will first learn the basic angles of attack for the single stick, the basic disarms, the ranges of attack, timing and distance, and then progress to the use of the double stick, stick and dagger, single and double daggers, and the various other weapons.  Once learned, the angles of attack and defense can be applied to any weapon or empty hand technique.
We learn this through a set of systematic partner drills and then progress to free sparring with weapons.  (we use protective safety gear for weapons sparring)

卡里武器包括长短不一的刃器,棍子,和可以灵活运用的长缎,
绳子,鞭子,投掷武器等。我们通过学习从各个角度的攻击来掌握这些武器的使用方法,
进而可将其运用于任何武器和徒手格斗中。
初学者要先学习单棍的各个角度攻击法,
基本缴械法,攻击范围、时间和距离,然后进展到双手持棍,棍和匕首,单或双匕首等各种不同的武器。
我们有一套系统、完整的学习计划,完成从基础搭档训练到运用器械自由实战(训练中使用安全防护装备)。


The student will also learn Panantukan, or Filipino empty hands boxing.  Beginning students will learn the kali footwork as well as the Filipino boxing techniques which include everything that is in Western boxing, plus body angling and the use of elbows, knees, headbutts, and other body parts for striking and the various entries we use for closing the distance.  Students also practice Hubud/Lubud (a trapping and sensitivity exercise to train muscle memory and to integrate the left and right hand to move together or independently of each other)
Students will progress into more advanced footwork and the art of dumog which includes joint locking, throws, bone/joint breaks, and many off balancing techniques.


卡里学习者还要学习Panantukan,或是菲律宾拳术。
初学者首先练习卡里步法,菲律宾拳术技巧(包罗西方拳击),身体的角度,肘、膝、头等其它身体部位的攻击法以及各种近身法,还有一部分是Hubud/Lubud(控制和敏感度练习,训练肌肉记忆力,左右手配合或独立运用)。
一段时间后,学员将进一步学习更高程度的步法,擒敌技巧(包括锁住关节,折断骨、关节和很多控制对手的技术)。

Muay Thai
The beginning Muay Thai student will learn the basic stances and footwork, how to block/parry/cover, offensive tools such as the jab, cross, hook, uppercut, elbow and knee techniques, how to clinch, and more.
Muay Thai is practiced through sets of partner drills on pads and focus mitts in the beginning to build up speed, timing, and cardiovascular endurance.  Later, the student will progress into free sparring.

现代泰拳的初学者,从基本的站姿和步法开始,进而学习如何阻挡,防护,进攻,
以及肘法、膝法,如何控制对手等等。我们首先运用防护垫、焦点手套等进行搭档训练,
从而一步步提高动作的速度,时间的准确性和心血管承受能力。接下来,学员进行自由格斗训练。

Jun Fan Gung Fu/Jeet Kune Do
 Jun Fan Gung Fu is the fighting system developed by Bruce Lee (Li Jun Fan is Bruce Lee's given name).  Jeet Kune Do is the philosophy of Bruce Lee. 
振藩功夫是由李小龙创立的格斗体系(李小龙原名李振藩).
截拳道是李小龙的哲学理念。


The beginning JKD/Jun Fan student will first learn the footwork and the " 5 ways of attack"
截拳道/振藩功夫学员首先学习其步法和“5种攻击方法”。

 Single Angular Attack (SAA) and its converse Single Direct Attack (SDA).
(角度攻击(SAA)和直接攻击(SDA)
  • Hand Immobilization Attack (HIA) and its counterpart Foot Immobilization Attack, which make use of trapping to limit the opponent's function with that appendage.
  • 手部固定攻击(HIA)和脚部固定攻击,·    用来制约对手的动作。

  • Progressive Indirect Attack (PIA). Attacking one part of the opponent's body followed by attacking another part as a means of creating an opening.
  • 累进间接攻击(PIA),·    通过攻击对手身体的一个部位,·    为紧接着的对另一部位的二次攻击创造机会。

  • Attack By Combinations (ABC). This is using multiple rapid attacks, with volume of attack as a means of overcoming the opponent.

  • Attack By Drawing (ABD). This is creating an opening with positioning as a means of counter attacking.)
  • 引诱攻击(ABD)。假借给对方一个攻击的机会,· 从而· 为自己创造更好的攻击位置。
We heavily drill basic boxing/kickboxing skills with the focus mitts in the beginning and later progress to close range trapping and free sparring. 
 我们开始会利用焦点手套等练习基本拳击技巧,然后到进距离的控制和自由搏击。



The beginning student will develop strong boxing skills and the attributes needed to make JKD/Jun Fan gung fu effective through a series of progression on focus mitts and partner drills.  (speed, power, timing, accuracy).
初学者经过一系列的搭档进阶训练,达到具备扎实的基本拳击技巧,掌握截拳道/振藩功夫的真正品质的目的(包括速度,力量,时间,准确度等方面。

  The student will learn the basic jab, cross, hook, uppercut, chain punching, JKD straight blast, elbows, various kicks, and trapping techniques as a beginning foundation for his progression into the essence of Jeet Kune Do.

学员要通过学习各种拳击动作技巧,截拳道( JKD)直拳、肘法、踢技、制敌技巧等,为下一步进入JKD的精华所在打下牢固的基础。

Jeet Kune Do contains elements of Western Boxing, Wing Chun, Savate, Fencing, and much more. 
JKD 包含了西方拳击,永春拳,法式拳击,击剑等等的元素。

Pentjak Silat are the martial arts of Southeast Asia.

 To simplify, Pencak Silat  (Silek in the Minangkabau language)is based on 4 parts:

The styles and schools of pencak silat differ from each other with regard to which aspects are emphasized. Our school practices the old traditions of Silat, not the modern sport version.
班卡西拉有着多种不同的风格,
西拉学校也因其各自侧重点不同而有别于彼此。
我们学校延续的是传统西拉风格,非现代运动版本。


The Silat practitioner will learn first the various evasive and offensive footwork used to evade attacks and off-balance the opponent.

 Pencak silat is a system that consists of sikap-sikap (position) and gerak-geri (movements). When pesilat (silat practitioners) are moving (when fighting) these sikap and gerak-geri change continuously. As soon as one finds an opening in their opponent's defence, they will try to finish the opponent with a fast serangan (attack).  We can attack and defend from standing, lying on the ground, or sitting postures.

American Kenpo Karate
Founded by Ed Parker, Kenpo Karate is a combat and self defense oriented martial art (when practiced correctly and with intent).  Emphasis is on fast and flowing striking techniques, body angling, and footwork.  Kenpo can compliment other martial art styles and help you build up speed and the ability to flow from one strike to the next without hesitation.  (We strive to preserve the combat essence of Kenpo.  These days you see many overweight and out of shape Kenpo men practicing techniques incorrectly, as if playing patty-cake, without intent or power.  These impractical and sloppy  movements are not true Kenpo.)
